If you’re allergic to fish and/or shellfish, this is definitely not the place for you. If you’re big into ceviche, this is worth the splurge. Jaguar has a nice romantic ambiance, the service was ok, the menu is original, and they easily accommodated a group of 12. Even so, the food and service didn’t make much of an impression on me. I had the Chicken & Three Cheese Quesadilla, which was good, but lets be honest, you can’t really mess up a quesadilla. My overall impression was that everything was over priced for what it was. So unless you’re a ceviche connoisseur (which I am not), don’t bother. Although there were other non-ceviche options on the menu, none really rocked my boat, so I’m going to have to rate this place a Blacklist for the general (non-ceviche connoisseur) public.
