The sign might say “No Profanity”, but the servers didn’t get that memo. As soon as we were seated, we were greeted by a server who was ranting to his colleague at the drink station about his less than satisfactory customers and bad tippers. We all have bad days at work, but keep it private. Other customers don’t need to hear your foul mouth complain. When our real server showed up, she was super disengaged.
We came here for a quaint dinner with a view. Instead we got chaos and mediocre food. The wait was not worth the dinning experience and their bathrooms were filthy. Black Point Ocean Grill, you’ve been blacklisted. Consider customer service training sessions for your employees. It would really go a long way.
